【职位描述】
1.College Degree, The foreigner or overseas student
大学专科学历以上，外国人或者海外留学生
2. Excellent PC skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, internetusage
熟练使用办公软件，如Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word等
3. Experience in administrative role is preferred.
有相关行政经验为佳
4. Soft Skill / Competency 其他能力

【工作职责】
1.Reception and handle with callings
负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2.Sending and receiving letters, newspapers , documents, etc
收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3.Updating the contact list with E-mail address and phone number
及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4.receiving booking of the conference room, coordinating meetings, issued notices of meetings,arrangement of meeting rooms
受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
5. Help manager with purchasing the office equipment and supplies, responsible for issuing andrecording.
协助上级购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录。
