岗位：销售行政实习生

（注意此岗位为实习生岗位）
Education
1、University degree level education from a reputable university as a minimum requirement, with majors in Marketing, Insurance, or Management or English preferable.
2、Marketing and sales experience or legal background is appreciated
3、Good English language and written capability is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
1、Assist Sales team prepare and draft the bilingual sales contract.
2、Ensure all Contracts entered into are subject to acceptable conditions, review, re-draft and negotiate proposed contractual conditions with all customers and partners.
3、Assist to review and interpret in coordination with Legal Advisor, contract provisions to achieve cost efficiencies and reductions where feasible.
4、Responsible for update and track of business line Sales forecast. Maintain the contract list on termly basis.
5、Assist the sales team prepare and modify the biding document. Complete the Contract and all relate document stamp process.
6、Analyst the sales data. Souvenir management. To support the team member attend and prepare the customer seminar or event support.
7、Other tasks assigned by Sales manager
