          在亚马逊,无论是创新还是客户需求,几乎都是技术驱动或支撑的。无论是零售、供应链还是仓储物流等业务系统,都是由亚马逊智慧、 充满激情、勤奋的工程师们研发的。翻开一本最新的软件架构类教科书,你会发现几乎所有的最新技术都在亚马逊得到应用。我们使用高性能事务系统、复杂的展示和对象缓存技术、工作流与队列系统、商务智能和数据分析、机器学习与模式识别、神经网络、概率决策以及诸多其他技术。我们的架构师和工程师常常需要在学术未曾探究的领域进行开拓,因为许多我们面临的问题都没有现成的答案,我们直面挑战并乐在其中。      

Job Profile: Training Lead
  
Amazon.com operates in a virtual, global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in seven countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers.  
The RBS group in Chennai is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.
  
Roles and Responsibility:  
  
1;    The Training Lead under general supervision from Training Manager and Operations Manager will be required to design and implement a Process and Tools skills module for the RBS team
2;    The person shall also be responsible for mitigating and eliminating gaps in training occurring due to issues or concerns with Process Knowledge
3;    Identify the knowledge gaps and suggest/implement the suitable development plans to bridge the gap in partnership with the Training and Ops Managers  
  
  
Key Performance Areas:
1;    Design Process Training modules  
2;    Align Process Knowledge & Tools to develop Instructor led workshop
3;    Deliver Process trainings (on-going)
4;    Deliver Soft skills training (need based)
5;    Create and publish training related reports (participant performance analysis, assessment scores, etc.)
  
  
Qualification:  
1;    A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with 6+ years experience
2;    To receive security clearance all candidates must undergo a background check
3;    Has worked in and developed Process and Tools training modules
4;    Minimum 3 years of process training experience is a must  
5;    Candidates having trained in different verticals/industries would be preferred
6;    Any kind of training certification would be preferred
7;    Fluent in both English and Japanese, require English CET6 above and JPLT 1 above.
