Title: Sales Administration interns

职位：销售行政
实习生

Location: Beijing

工作地点：北京

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for making cold call to companies to gather information needed.

2. Coordinate training and HR schedules

3. Data entry and ad hoc admin duties assigned

4. Other tasks assigned by department leader

5. Translation of Marketing and HR documentations from English to Chinese or vice versa

Requirements:

1. Interns are welcome!

2. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PPT software

3. Good team player and strong sense of responsibility

4. Able to work independently and under strong pressure

2. 人事培训的组织与协调，人事招聘的辅助工作

3. 人事数据系统录入、更新及维护

4. 本部门其它行政工作

5. 翻译公司市场和人事资料

任职资格：

1. 在校本科生或研究生

2. 熟练使用MS Word, Excel and PPT

3. 较好的团队协作能力及沟通表达能力

4. 工作主动性强，能够在没有监督的情况下独立工作

5. 较强的责任心和进取心

6. 能够在压力下较好地完成工作
