Job Description
Job title:     Part Time Intern  
Location:     Beijing  
Start Date:    Rolling Start Dates in 2014  
Our Part Time Interns will support all team members in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities. It is expected that the interns can work at least 4 days a week. Key responsibilities include:  
- Assisting in performing industry analysis to identify trends and market and segment leaders, to assess the attractiveness of the industry, to develop investment theses, and to identify opportunities for the team.  
- Assisting in performing financing analysis and building financial models of potential target companies.  
- Assessing macro-economic conditions, market and segment dynamics, company performance, management teams’ abilities and other factors to identify and weigh risks to potential target companies.  
- Preparing and presenting oral and written reports on general economic trends and private equity dynamics on a weekly basis.  
   
Part Time Interns that demonstrate outstanding ability and potential in the initial three months will be invited to extend their internships and may be invited to join the Primavera team as a full time Research Analyst at the conclusion of the internships.  
   
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above with graduation in 2015.  
- Strong command of both Chinese and English as working languages.  
- Computer proficiency, especially familiarity with Microsoft Excel.  
- Interest in understanding corporate finance and accounting.  
- Passion for understanding how companies operate and create value for investors.

Compensation
- Moderate compensation will be provided   
- Reasonable OT expenses will be reimbursed
